Atlantic Terminal Site 4B is a 31-story building, the tallest NYCHA residential property. Completed April 30, 1976, it sits on 2.02-acres in Brooklyn and has 300 apartments housing an estimated 663 residents. Clermont, Atlantic, and Carlton Avenues and Fulton Street border the site.
